J.D. has been a real estate agent since 2017 and has sold nearly 100 properties ranging from residential to multi-family to off-grid properties and large acreage as well as properties being sold for sale by owner and with owner financing. He is a member of The Kahle Team. He has been a top-producing agent in his previous brokerage for 2019 and 2022. J.D. spends time getting to know his clients and their needs, wants, and wishes. He enjoys meeting new people and has a deep desire to do what he can to make each experience a positive and friendly one. J.D. loves working with first-time homebuyers because of their excitement! He tends to look at his job as an opportunity to form lasting relationships with people whether it be with clients, or other agents whom he works with.
Montana is a good fit for J.D. and his family because of its family and community-based values.
