My marketing is prepared on an individual property basis; and I heavily promote listings on Admit One television; Realtor.com; and Virtual Tours with customized DVD’s to distribute to interested parties. Our “RE/MAX Magazine” is one of our best tools.
I have a Real Estate assistant, as well as the Support Staff at RE/MAX of Whitefish. Our Client Services Coordinator handles all appointments and scheduling, as well as communications with sellers regarding appointments. I do my best to be present on all showings!
I prepare a very thorough “Distribution Packet” to leave in the hands of agents showing our listings to minimize the need to call for information. Customers really appreciate theses informational packets. A majority of my business is REPEAT business, and I value these people immensely. The referrals keep me very busy, although I do have room for new customers and clients.
