ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS I EVER MADE WAS MOVING TO WHITEFISH, MONTANA!

After graduating from the University of Georgia in 1995, my girlfriend (and now wife) and I moved to Whitefish, Montana, to pursue a life of excitement that only mountain towns offer. We had both lived in different mountain towns in Colorado but felt Montana, and Whitefish in particular, was the best place to start our lives after school. We now have 2 children and 4 pets and are living our dream.

I began my real estate career in 1997 and have always worked hard to be as knowledgeable and experienced as possible to provide the quality of service that people expect out of their agent. I earned the GRI and CRS designations within the first few years of being in the business and have earned multiple Annual Top Sales and Top Producer awards. I earned my brokers license a few years ago and have recently formed the Chap Godsey Group to expand my services.

I really enjoy many aspects of being a real estate broker but the most important one to me is for my clients to be happy with all of their transactions. That is my number one goal and I believe this commitment is why I have been successful.

I am a native of Montana. Born and raised on Canyon Ferry Lake east of Helena, MT on the Missouri River.

I graduated in 1993 from the University of Montana, School of Forestry with a B.S. in Recreation Management.

I began living seasonally in the Whitefish, Montana area in 1993, and moved here full time in 1998.

I have owned and operated Montana River Anglers, a full service fly fishing guide business since 1996 offering guided fly fishing trips throughout the state of Montana. I also spent several years guiding big game and upland bird hunts. Having roamed many miles of Montana's most productive rivers and lands, both private and public, I feel that I can be a great asset to clients searching for all types of properties including agricultural, recreational, riverfront and lakefront, as well as residential. Guiding and Real Estate sales have proven to be a great marriage of professions. I often find myself showing properties from the comfort of a drift boat, with fly rods in hand.

I began my real estate career with Chuck Olson Real Estate of Whitefish and achieved Top New Salesperson for our office in my first year.

I enjoy spending my time with my beautiful wife Tana and our two children - Carson and Josie. As a family we savor our time in the great outdoors. After Graduating from college in Minnesota with a degree in finance in 1978, Pat moved to the Flathead Valley because of his love of the outdoors (hunting, fishing, camping, skiing, etc).

Cindy began her Montana real estate career in 1980 with Chuck Olson Real Estate of Whitefish, becoming a broker in 1982. Cindy and her husband Ken, purchased Chuck Olson Real Estate of Whitefish in 1994 and have managed that office until June 1, 2008. That is the day we merged with RE/MAX of Whitefish. Hi I'm Ken Stein. I moved to beautiful Whitefish, Montana in 1977. After working on The Big Mountain for two years I went to the University of Montana and graduated in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry. In 1984, after working for the Forest Service, Champion Int, and the State Lands Department, I decided a career change to Real estate would be both fun and rewarding. I really enjoy helping people find their dreams. I have earned my Graduate Realtor Institute and Certified Residential Specialist degrees from Realtors. I was owner of the largest independent real estate company in Whitefish from 1994 to 2008. I have volunteered my time in several community organizations including coaching Little League (which I'm sure I will do again) and, for over 10 years, have helped with fundraisers for children in need of medical help. Additionally, I am currently serving a second term on the Whitefish Planning Board and the Whitefish Lakeshore Advisory Committee.

In July of 2003 my wife Cindy and I adopted our grandson, Alex (DOB 1-28-02). Alex and Cindy are the loves of my life. Our favorite family activity is finding warm weather to swim and golf. When I'm not in the office I may be camping with Alex, golfing, swimming, fishing or cooking.
